These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, use of our website, and related services.
JR Investment Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of updated terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Products and Orders
All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice.
In the event of any pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to correct them before or after order confirmation.
Orders may be cancelled if the product is unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include online payment platforms and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
For COD orders:
Customers must pay the full amount upon delivery.
If a customer changes their mind or refuses to accept the order at delivery, they are required to bear the delivery and return charges.
Repeated order refusals may lead to account suspension or order restrictions.
Fraudulent or false orders will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities under Zambian law.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and courier availability.
JR Investment Limited is not liable for delivery delays, losses, or damages caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Once an item is dispatched, the risk passes to the customer.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for:
Change of mind (except under special approval, subject to delivery cost deduction);
Customer-caused damage;
Sale or clearance items.
For COD orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information for delivery and payment.
Misuse of promotions, false claims, or abusive behaviour toward staff or delivery personnel will result in suspension of account privileges.
Any attempt to manipulate or damage our website, data, or systems will lead to legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of JR Investment Limited and protected under Zambian intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
JR Investment Limited is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
All products are sold “as is,” except where a written warranty is provided.

Customer information is collected only for order processing, communication, and service improvement.
We comply with Zambia’s Data Protection Act, 2021. Personal information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mutual negotiation; failing which, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Lusaka, Zambia.
